Types of Exercise

"Whenever I feel the need for exercise, I lie down until it goes away". Today we will talk about how a daily workout helps your body stay fit and keeps you a healthy man. Let's see some exercises which I do on a daily basis,   one by one:

1. Jumping Jacks: This is a full-body exercise that stronger your Cardiovascular system and also it can increase your blood circulation process.
   
2. Plank: This is a very good exercise that can strengthen your spine and work in your whole body. Also, it helps to de-escalate stomach fat. 

3. Squats: Squats are basically targeting your muscles in the thigh and helps to decrease thigh fat. It can strengthen your core and reduces the risk of injury. 
 
4. Cobra Stretch: This is highly beneficial for the spine, increases flexibility, accentuate arms, and shoulders.

 
5. Cat-Cow Pose: It improves posture and balance, relieves stress, and calms the mind. Again, it can strengthen your abdominal and back.


In the above content, we see some exercises which you can do in your everyday life. On normal days, we forget to think about our body's health, and due to this many people suffered from chronic diseases like heart disease, cancer, diabetes which are leading the cause of death. In India, there are 77 million people who experience diabetes. According to the National Cancer Registry Programme of Indian Council of Medical Research(ICMR), more than 1300 Indians die every day due to cancer. I experienced many changes like I managed to lose weight, exercise increases my hunger, relieve my stress etc. In the time of lockdown, I had suggested some exercise which hopefully keeps you away from coronavirus disease.
